We offer a 30-day return window. If the product has been opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Zero-G electronics include a standard 12-month limited warranty covering hardware defects. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
Are your devices compatible with international voltage standards?
