At Zero-G, we stand by the precision and quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all technical components and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zero-G account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent restocking fees or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
